Job Details POSITION:
Technical Support
TASKS:
* Product Support - Taking to customers and providing solutions for
hardware and software problems
* Product testing and quality control
* Arranging freight and shipping
* Equipment assembly (if required)
* Processing of incoming sales leads and distributing to appropriate
sales person
SKILLS:
* Ability to speak both Chinese and English fluently - essential
* Enjoys working with technical equipment
* Excellent Computer skills including experience with Microsoft office products
* Knowledge of Internet and Network systems
