Job Description

- Compose publicity material, promotional flyers and brochures etc.
- Assist with the PR of Dezan Shire and Asia Briefing products and services
- Engage in online conversations on behalf of our event(s), including scheduling and regularly sending out messaging through social media channels. (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Collect detailed statistics about our social media accounts and analyze them on a regular basis to establish trends and audience engagement
- Launch social media campaigns to increase fan base
- Improve online portals for internal sharing of information
- Help in the updating of websites
- Coordinate and maintain relationships with clients and improve media relations
- Organize marketing campaigns and events around China  Improve CB magazine distribution channels and update database
- Keep abreast of the latest Chinese regulatory issues


Qualifications and Skills

- A real passion for digital media, digital marketing
- Background in computer science, graphic design, advertising & marketing
- Ability to multi-task and work independently under deadline
- Detail oriented, possess strong communication and organizational skills and have an outgoing personality
- Passion for social media & communications, and a “can‐do” attitude
- Interest in China’s legal, tax and business environment
- Undergraduates and recent graduates preferred
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Powerpoint, Adobe design suite an advantage
- Good grasp of English language both written and spoken
- Knowledge of written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin) a plus
